Pakistan violates ceasefire yet again, 1 jawan killed and 3 injured in Sunderbani sector

According to reports, Pakistan initiated the unprovoked ceasefire violation around 5.30 am, following which the Indian Army retaliated effectively

Rajouri: An Army jawan was killed and three others were injured in heavy shelling by Pakistan on Monday in Sunderbani sector of Jammu and Kashmir’s Rajouri district, along the southern sector of the Line of Control.

According to reports, Pakistan initiated the unprovoked ceasefire violation around 5.30 am, following which the Indian Army retaliated effectively.

Pakistan has been violating ceasefire along the LoC repeatedly since the Pulwama attack on February 14, which claimed at least 40 CRPF jawans' lives.

If reports are to be believed, Pakistan violates ceasefire almost 10 times a day.

According to the Indian army, Pakistani forces are continuously resorted to heavy shelling and firing mortars mostly targeting civilian areas along the LoC. From February 15 (24 days) Pakistani army has violated ceasefire 230 times, which comes to almost 10 ceasefire violation every day.
