BJP: Sankalp Patra will prove milestone in development of India

Delhi BJP President Manoj Tiwari says the BJP manifesto will meet the hopes and aspirations of 2.5 Cr people of Delhi. He added that besides giving a new identity to the country it will also connect people with Antyodaya.

New Delhi: Delhi BJP President Manoj Tiwari has welcomed the Sankalp Patra for the Loksabha Elections 2019 and has said that this is a historical Election Manifesto for the people of the country. The manifesto will prove to be a milestone in the development of the country and give a new identity to the country besides connecting crores of people with Antyodaya.

Tiwari said that the BJP Government would provide every family with a pucca house by 2022 for all those who do not have pucca houses or have no house at all. Under the programme Nal Se Jal, all the families of the country will be supplied drinking water. The GST process is being simplified, and traders registered under GST will be provided accident insurance of Rs. 10 lakh. 

There is also a scheme for traders’ credit card for the registered traders just like the Kisan Credit Card. A new National Trade Commission will be formed for the benefit of traders, and shopkeepers will get a pension after 60 years.

He added that under the Prime Minister’s Jan Aarogya Yojna annual health cover of Rs. 5 lakh is being provided to about 10.74 crore families. There is also a programme to establish 1,50,000 health and welfare centres by 2022. Within five years the total number of MBBS seats has been increased to 18,000, and by 2024 the number of MBBS Doctors and Specialists will be doubled.

The Government is also trying its best to make vaccination and nutrition a public movement. With Police reforms and amendment of laws related to judicial processes besides provision of arbitration, the Government will try to ensure expeditious disposal of cases.

Tiwari also said that the new opportunities would be provided to the youth in which entrepreneurship and startups will increase their participation to connect them with society. In view of the fact that the Kendriya Vidhyalayas and Navodaya Vidhyalayas are model centres of education, 200 schools will be opened by 2024. 

In the Sankalp Patra, it has been mentioned that programmes like Beti Bachao-Beti Padhao will be continued so that all daughters get uninterrupted education. Employment opportunities will be provided to women to make them economically empowered in rural and semi-rural areas. BJP is committed to ensuring equal rights and respectable life for women.

He further said that under the Kisan Kalyan Policy, all farmers would get Pradhanmantri Kisan Samman Nidhi, a pension for the small and marginal farmers after the age of 60 years so that they are socially secure. 25 lakh crore rupees will be spent in villages and on agriculture so that productivity is increased and land records will also be digitalised like Aadhar.

Tiwari said that in the last 5 years, the country has progressed under the able leadership of Prime Minister Narender Modi with the motto of Sabka Saath Sabka Vikas. Crores of families have been provided gas connections under Ujjwala Scheme. All the houses have been equipped with toilets and drinking water, every house provided electricity, health insurance under Aayushman Bharat, 10% reservation for economically weaker sections, houses under PM housing scheme and the benefit of Jandhan Yojna and Mudra Yojna. 

In this Sankalp Patra for 2019 Loksabha Elections, provision has been made for all things directly and indirectly beneficial to families across the country.
He said that to encourage tourism, the places of cultural and natural importance would be identified and developed. All UNESCO heritage places will be provided facilities of international standard. Besides construction of 9 crore toilets under Swachh Bharat Mission, provision is being made for solid waste management in every village. 

A new Ministry for water management will be formed with the objective of better management of water resources. Under the digitalization programme, all the villages will be connected with high-speed Optical Fiber Network by 2020.
