Watch Yogi Adityanath break down over Pulwama

The student asked what is our security agencies and Government doing even after such a big attack and in order to answer this question, recalling the Pulwama martyrs, Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath became emotional and began to cry on stage.

New Delhi: During 'India's Mind' on Friday in  Lucknow, when a student asked a question related to the terrorist attack in Jammu and Kashmir's Pulwama,  chief minister Yogi Adityanath, in order to answer it,  got emotional and his eyes became teary. 

Indeed, chief minister Yogi was communicating directly with the youth under the program India's Mind conducted in Ram Prasad Bismil Auditorium of the Institute of Engineering and Technology (IET), Lucknow. 

The student asked what is our security agencies and Government doing even after such a big attack and in order to answer this question, recalling the Pulwama martyrs, Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath became emotional and began to cry on stage.

In response to the question, chief minister Yogi said that the question which he asked is in the mind of every common man today. According to him, whatever is happening in Kashmir is the same how a lamp when about to get extinguished, burns with more speed. He replied that terrorism is now towards its conclusion and the Modi Government and the Center is fully committed to eliminate it. The massive campaign against terrorism has filled the minds of  people behind such acts with the fury of malice. He also told that we should also see how our brave soldiers have killed the mastermind of the Pulwama attack in the next 48 hours. And not only that, the previous day, an operation was done in Uttar Pradesh, in which some things were related to the Pulwama, which cannot be disclosed.

As soon as chief minister Yogi finished this line, Yogi became emotional while remembering the martyrs. Tears started to flow down his eyes. He kept the mic and took out the napkin, following which he started wiping tears off his eyes with his napkin. 

Yogi Adityanath also told that  Uttar Pradesh is the state of the largest youth in the country and the youth there have amazing energy. He said that the youth in UP are are the iron of the country, even abroad. 

He said, "Earlier the people of Uttar Pradesh did not even recognize their identity but after 2014 and 2017, this perception has changed. Now people go and say proudly that we are residents of Uttar Pradesh." Yogi said that anything is possible in youthful age and if a youth is determined, he/she can even turn stone into water.
