Sabarimala temple row: Woman journo attempts entry, 30 priests close door to temple in protest (Video)

Sabarimala: With massive police protection (200), Andhra Pradesh's woman journalist was seen heading to reach the Sabarimala shrine today (October 19). A police team led by IG Sreejith was taking woman journalist Kavitha( Mojo TV) to the shrine. With her entry to the shrine, Kavitha will be the first woman from the menstruation age to visit the Sabarimala temple. But protests sprung up instantly. 30 priests of temple stopped the pooja, sat on dharna near the  18 steps. Main tanthri (priest) and melshanthi are not part of this protest. The main door to the sanctum sanctorum is shut. The woman’s house is ransacked in Ernakulam, Kerala.
