Unaccounted Rs 6 crore in Rs 2,000 notes seized in Nellore

Nellore: A cash of Rs 6 crore in Rs 2,000 notes was seized by the Andhra Pradesh Police in Nellore near the Andhra-Tamil Nadu border. The money was stacked in two bags. The Andhra Pradesh Police was on a patrol when they found this huge amount of money inside a vehicle that was stopped for checking near the Tada village check post in Nellore district. The police have handed over the cash to the income tax department and have taken the driver into custody.
