Thrissur’s new mayor, delivering milk for 18 years, won't quit old job

Thrissur: Ajitha Vijayan was sworn in as the mayor of Thrissur on Wednesday. Before she was sworn in as mayor, Ajitha was known as a milk distributor in her village. Ajitha said that she is proud to continue her milk supplying job and she has no intentions of quitting. Earlier, she represented the Kanimangalam ward. And, she was an Anganawadi teacher too.
