Tamil Nadu: Chain snatching takes place in broad day light at Coimbatore

The city of Coimbatore in Tamil Nadu witnessed another case of chain snatching during the early hours of August 23. In an attempt to find the culprits behind this crime, the CCTV footage was investigated and two youngsters have been spotted taking part in the shocking incident.
