Mumbai: Railway minister Piyush Goyal’s office on October 1 tweeted a video of 70 railway employees organising a flash mob at Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Terminus in Mumbai.
The flash mob was conducted with the aim of spreading awareness about cleanliness ahead of Gandhi Jayanti on October 2, which marks four years of the Swachh Bharat campaign.
The video shows the terminus, completely crowded, enjoying the dance of the railway employees who are grooving to popular Hindi patriotic songs.
The video has garnered more than 2,000 likes and 700 retweets at the time of writing the article.
While one twitter user wrote, “Great initiative…One-off may not create impact, but anything planned and persistent can bring change,” another person wrote, “It's really very inspiring !!”
