Rogue son sets mother ablaze for not lending money

Bengaluru: A 20-year-old boy set his mother on fire as she refused to give money. The boy is identified as Uttam Kumar (20), and the victim is identified as Bharathi. The accused tried to kill his mother by pouring petrol and setting her ablaze. Bharathi sustained burn injuries on the chest and stomach region and is now undergoing treatment in a private hospital.
