Uttara Kannada: On Wednesday (October 31), Indian National Congress (INC) has once again stepped into a controversy after Karnataka’s revenue minister RV Deshpande was seen throwing away sports kits at young talents in Karnataka's Uttara Kannada district. In the gathering, the revenue minister was invited to distribute sports equipment to youngsters, who have achieved success in national, state and district level participation. It seems like RV Deshpande was genuinely inspired by JD(S) leader HD Revanna after he was reportedly seen throwing away biscuits to Kodagu's flood-affected victims.
