If Rahul Gandhi agrees to build Ram Mandir in Ayodhya, I will agree he is a Hindu: Jagadish Shettar

Karnataka's former chief minister, BJP leader Jagadish Shettar slammed Rahul Gandhi's statements about Hindus and Ram Mandir. He was speaking to the media after taking stock of the drought situation in Gadag district in north Karnataka. He questioned about the moral right of Rahul Gandhi to speak on these matters. He also challenged Rahul Gandhi to openly support the construction of Ram Mandir during Parliament proceedings. Having a Christian mother and claiming himself to be a Hindu is not morally right, Shettar said. “Let him give a clear yes on building the Ram Mandir and then we will agree that he is a Hindu,” said Shettar.
