In a historic first, Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Wednesday addressed a packed Ugandan parliament. This makes him the first Indian prime minister to address the Ugandan parliament. Modi talked about topics from Mahatma Gandhi's 21-year stay in South Africa to bilateral business oppurtunities as the members sat enthralled. Here are the highlights of his speech
