Sources told MyNation that Pakistan has targeted a vital Indian Army installation in Poonch sector thrice with heavy mortar shells
Srinagar: The Pakistan Army on Tuesday resorted to unprovoked and indiscriminate firing in Jammu and Kashmir's Poonch sector along the Line of Control (LoC).
Speaking to MyNation, senior Army official said, "Pakistan Army resorted to firing of small arms, automatics, and mortars, targeting India Army installation thrice".
Sources told MyNation that Pakistan army has targeted a vital Army installation in Poonch sector thrice with heavy mortar shells. The installation has been targeted thrice by Pakistan within 30 minutes. There is no official confirmation by the Indian Army on this mischief by Pakistan.
This is second such attack by Pakistan within a month after they targeted two major Indian Army installations in Poonch Sector.
On October 23, Pakistan targeted two security installations of Indian Army in Poonch sector including the Headquarters of 93 Brigade. This installation of Indian Army is 6 km inside the LoC.
The other important security installation which was targeted by Pakistan with mortars and artillery was a unit of military intelligence which is 17 km inside the Line of Control.
Retaliating to Pakistan's provocation, the Indian Army is giving a befitting reply and heavy firing is underway in Khari Karmara area of Poonch.
