Man thrashed by mob for stealing cow in Tamil Nadu

Chennai: In a shocking incident, a man was beaten up by the residents of Chennai as they caught the man stealing a cow from the locality. The suspect has been identified as Tarif (29) who is said to be a resident of Bengaluru.

According to reports, nearly 100 cows have gone missing from the same locality in the past three months. The residents later handed over the suspect to Chennai's Poonamallee police station where a case has been registered and further reports are awaited.
