#Semifinals18: Meet the Bhopal lady who says all parties are one and the same

On Monday, the last day of campaigning for the Madhya Pradesh Assembly election, the team of MyNation surveyed the busy Chowk Bazaar of Bhopal where it ran into this woman who was not sure which party to vote for. On being prompted by her husband, she said the performance of the Shivraj Singh Chouhan government in the past 15 years has been satisfactory. However, she added that she did not like some policies of the government, demonetisation for example. She said it had troubled the elderly a lot. She was not sure if the people had recovered from the aftermath of demonetisation, a decision of the Union government two years ago. She believes in the rumour that all government servants with eight-to-10 years of service left before retirement would be forcibly superannuated. She concluded by saying that any party that came to power would do the same thing!
