Kerala floods: State government cancels school youth function, international film festival (Video)

State government has decided to cancel all official celebrations this year due to Kerala floods. State youth festival, IFFK (International Film Festival of Kerala), and several other cultural programmes related to tourism have been cancelled. The government issued the order today. It has also been decided to donate the amount needed for these celebrations to the Chief Minister’s Disaster Relief Fund.
