Karunanidhi’s memorial turns into ‘bhajan mandal’ (Video)

Senior DMK leader EV Velu caused quite a flutter when he led a procession of party men from his district Tiruvannamalai, Tamil Nadu, to Karunanidhi's memorial on Marina beach, Chennai. With accompanying musical instruments like cymbal and mridangam, the group walked in a procession and spent an hour singing bhajans in praise of late party chief Karunanidhi's achievements during his lifetime. It is hoped that these bhajans don’t disturb his soul that is supposed to ‘rest in peace’.
