Karnataka ULB verdict 2018: Just when Selina Karkada from Muduperampalli ward won the civic polls contesting from Congress party as the new candidate to Udupi municipality, BJP workers began chanting PM Modi's name while she was leaving the counting centre.No Congress workers were present there to congratulate Selina Karkada and the member passed through BJP activists alone closing her ears as they began chanting Prime Minister's name.
