Karnataka: Mentally unstable woman given inhuman punishment

A 21-year-old girl Saraswati has been given gruesome punishments by chaining her legs to a wooden log. This act has been done by her own parents in Konapura village, Chitradurga, Karnataka, as Saraswati is suffering from mental depression and is often seen fighting with people around her. Her parents failed to provide proper treatment for her mentalillness and have instead chained her leg to a wooden log.
