Karnataka: Man flashes girls, Mangaluru University students harassed (Video)

 Karnataka: Mangaluru University's girl students harassed by pervert, who flashes. The incident happened on Wednesday evening when three girls from the university were heading towards their hostel from the library. The girls complained to the authorities. Despite installing CCTV three years ago, they do not work. AA Khan, university registrar, is being held responsible for security lapses. Police have registered a case in this regard.
