Karnataka Budget 2019: Will believe if it's implemented, say citizens

Karnataka chief minister HD Kumaraswamy presented the state budget earlier today. The total outlay of the budget is Rs 2,34,153 crore. The chief minister has issued several grants spanning across sectors. Citizens think that mere announcement is not enough, it has to be implemented. Some others feel that he should have laid more emphasis on healthcare.
