Karnataka: Bengaluru woman kills three-year-old daughter because she did not want girl child

In a horrifying incident, a Bengaluru-based woman allegedly killed her three-year-old daughter simply because she did not want a girl child. 29-year-old Priya has been accused of torturing her baby to death.  The incident occurred in Bengaluru's DG Halli. It was Priya's neighbour, who alerted the police. Priya also has a six-year-old son. She's five months pregnant too. Priya has separated from her husband Manjunath. Police are investigating the case.
