Jharkhand celebrates 18 years of becoming an independent state

The state of Jharkhand was formed from the southern part of Bihar. The state shares its boundaries with Bihar, Uttar Pradesh, Chhattisgarh, Odisha and West Bengal. The capital of the city is Ranchi and the sub capital, Dumka. The land is abundantly blessed with resources, both forest and mineral.
