Karnataka: JD(S) worker who pelted stones at BJP leader’s house arrested

Hassan: On February 13, JD(S) worker Chethan was seen pelting stones at BJP leader Preetham Gowda's residence. The irate Chethan hurled stones during a protest outside the BJP leader’s house after the release of the controversial audio clip. In the clip, Preetham Gowda was allegedly heard speaking derogatorily about JD(S) supremo, HD Deve Gowda.

One of the stones, hit BJP worker Rahul's eye. A case has been registered under Section 307 of the Indian Penal Code by Hassan police officials. Further reports are awaited.
