Jammu-Kashmir civic polls: In 69% of the 598 wards of Valley, candidates won unopposed (Video)

The wrapped-up urban local body election in Kashmir saw feeble voter turnout. However, these polls will maybe be associated with the inadequacy of competitors as 69% of 598 wards in the valley did not require any polling.
