In an exclusive with My Nation, ISRO chairman Kailasavadivoo Sivan said that ISRO has the technology in place to send man into space. He also said that ISRO may finish the project even before the specified deadline. Prime Minister Narendra Modi in his Independence Day speech announced the launch of the space program that will send three astronauts, either a man or woman to space.
