Incessant rains wreak havoc in Rudraprayag, road blocked

Due to continuous heavy rains in the Rudraprayag district of Uttarakhand, the Kandai-Kamoldi route has been closed. A rock fall has left thousands of local people stranded on the way. The local administration has failed to open the path yet.
