Hands that touch Hindu girl must not exist: Minister Anant Kumar Hegde

Kodagu: Union minister Anant Kumar Hegde made a controversial statement while addressing a rally in Kodagu, Karnataka on Sunday. He said that any hand that touches a Hindu girl should be severed. There needs to be a change in fundamental thinking of the people. Regardless of caste, society, any hand that touches a Hindu girl must not exist at all, he said. He is currently the Union minister of State for Skill Development and Entrepreneurship and the Member of Parliament for Uttara Kannada district.
