Gurugram: Muslim youth’s beard shaven forcibly, 3 arrested

Three people have been arrested after they forcibly shaved off the beard of a Muslim youth. The incident was reported from Khandsa area of Gurugram, barely few kilometres away from Delhi. 

The victim, who was identified as Jafruddin, was heckled at sector 37 of Gurugram. An eyewitness said that Jafruddin, was taken to a salon where the barber refused to shave the beard after he realised that it was against the youth’s wishes, following which he was also beaten up.
