Ganesh Chaturthi: Foreigners partake in celebration during procession in Tamil Nadu's Madurai

Ganesh Chaturthi may be over on September 13. But celebrations continue for at least 10 days following that. Many families and groups, during these 10 days, take out a procession for the visarjan of the idol. While one such procession was taking place in Madurai, Tamil Nadu, the celebration caught the fancy of a foreigner couple. They danced along for traditional Tamil music beats along with the group.
