Delhi cop fines wrongly parked vehicle, smashes driver’s phone (Video)

New Delhi: A traffic cop saw a man wrongly park his car at Delhi's Chelmsford club. The driver objected and asked the reason of issuing a challan to him when other cars were also parked on the road. After a verbal altercation, the driver asked the cop to issue a challan and started recording him with his phone.

Unhappy with his recording, the cop smashed his phone and allegedly abused him as well.

The traffic police are trying to contact the victim for a formal complaint.
