Gadag: Water resources minister DK Shivakumar, speaking at the Dasara Sammelan of the Rambhapuri Seer Veera Someshwara Shivacharya Swami in Karnataka's Gadag admitted that the Congress should not have interfered with the Lingayat issue during the state Assembly election in May.
