Bus mows down students in Tumakuru; schoolboy killed

Tumakuru: A private bus ran over school students, killing one boy and injuring the other severely at Tumakuru, Karnataka. The incident occurred on the National Highway on Dabbaghatta village in Madhugiri taluk. Two children studying at the Government Primary School in Tumakuru, were crossing the road on a bicycle. The student, who died on the spot, has been identified as Gopi,13, and Guruprasad was severely injured and has been admitted in Tumkur district hospital for treatment. The Madhugiri police inspected the spot and have registered a case.
