BS Yeddyurappa audio tape row: Karnataka Speaker uses rape analogy to plead helplessness

The Speaker of the Karnataka Assembly Ramesh Kumar compared himself to a rape victim in relation to his name being dragged in the discussion related to the controversy with respect to the audio tape of BJP's BS Yeddyurappa. Drawing an analogy as to how the rape victim gets ‘raped only once’, but gets ‘raped multiple times’ in court owing to cross-examinations, the Speaker sought to exhibit his fragile situation in the entire fiasco.
