BJP manifesto: How to give your suggestions for ‘Bharat ke mann ki baat, Modi ke saath’

Prime Minister Narendra Modi also took to Twitter to announce the month-long exercise called “Bharat ke mann ki baat, Modi ke saath”. He said that it is an effort to get citizen’s feedback. 

New Delhi: The BJP launched a month-long exercise called “Bharat ke mann ki baat, Modi ke saath” on Sunday to seek suggestions from the public before the party prepares its manifesto for the upcoming Lok Sabha elections. 

In a statement, BJP’s media head and Rajya Sabha MP Anil Baluni said that BJP president Amit Shah and home minister Rajnath Singh, who is also the head of the party's manifesto committee, will launch the programme on Sunday. 

"We are starting this programme with the belief that it will prove to be the biggest cooperative exercise to draw outlines for a country's future," Baluni added.

How to give your feedback? 

Shah during the launch event urged people to help the party to fulfill its dream on a New India. The first person to give suggestion was a waiter at the hotel where the event was held.

Over the next few months, around 300 vehicles, with around  7,700 boxes will move across the country collecting suggestions from common people. 

Moreover, social media and telephonic communication will also be used. 

Singh said that never before such a massive programme was launched in the country for preparation of any parties’ manifesto.
