Bengaluru: Children of war veterans demand moving of hero stone to heart of city

Children of war veterans have revived their demand for the Veeragallu, a stone erected in memory of war heroes, to be shifted from Devanahalli which is in the outskirts of Bengaluru to the heart of the city. Surabhi Tomar, daughter of a war veteran expressed displeasure over Karnataka government's apathy in respecting war heroes.
