Ayushman Bharat: Patients happy but hospitals expect more money (Video)

A seminar held at National School of Journalism on the all India health scheme - Ayushman Bharat rolled out by the Centre gave an insight into the scheme and how it would impact patients, doctors and hospitals. Speaking to My Nation, experts in the area unanimously lauded the scheme and said that it was going to benefit patients in a great extent. But there were also key areas which have to be addressed if the scheme has to be successful, they said. Currently, the ratio of public-private partnership is 70 and 30 which is a matter of concern, giving private hospitals the upper hand.
