Alpesh Thakore close aide incites mob against north Indians, warns to 'burn alive' culprits

Gujarat: Geniben Thakore, a prominent Thakore leader from Gujarat and close aide of Congress MLA Alpesh Thakore has been caught inciting a mob to lynch and burn alive north Indian culprits. 

Geniben, a sitting Congress MLA from Gujarat, is even heard saying, "No point handing the accused over to police. Sprinkle petrol and burn them down." This was in the context of the anti-north India sentiments in Gujarat that arose after the rape of a 14-month-old child. The accused is from Bihar. This sentiment was exploited by the Thakore Sena to instigate attacks on north Indians.

So far the Congress has refused to be associated with the Thakore Sena. But with such blatant incitement caught on camera, will the Congress take action against its own MLA?
