— Ashish Khetan (@AashishKhetan)This comes shortly after Aam Admi Party (AAP) leader and former journalist Ashutosh handed in his resignation from the party, citing personal reasons. He thanked the party and its volunteers for all the support he has received through his stint in the party. “Every journey has an end. My association with AAP which was beautiful/revolutionary has also an end. I have resigned from the PARTY/requested PAC to accept the same. It is purely from a very very personal reason. Thanks to party/all of them who supported me Throughout. Thanks,” he tweeted.
Khetan had resigned as the vice chairman of the Delhi Dialogue and Development Commission (DDC) in April, stating that he wanted to pursue law. The DDC is an advisory body of the AAP government and is headed by Arvind Kejriwal.
