• Begin by bringing your hands together.
• Use your right hand to hold your left hand from the inside.
• Interlock your fingers. Inhale deeply, and as you exhale, gently pull your hands apart.
• Repeat this process at least six times.
Fish Pose (Matsyasana)

• Lie on your back on the ground and bring your legs into the Padmasana posture.
