The month of April marks the onset of summer with a significant rise in temperatures across the country. To beat the summer heat, people indulge in ice creams and cold drinks. However, what if there were healthier alternatives available? Today, let’s explore some nutritious and tasty summer drinks to help keep you refreshed this season. 

Mint and lemon drink

Consider making a refreshing summer drink using mint and lemon juice. You can sweeten its taste by adding honey instead of sugar to maintain its health benefits. To elevate the flavour, include mint leaves along with a pinch of black pepper, salt, and cumin powder to the drink. 

Coconut drink
