As the temperature rises and the sun shines, many of us are eager to embrace the great outdoors and enjoy the summer sun. But while outdoor activities can be fun, precautions need to be taken to stay safe in hot weather. Whether you’re planning a hike, spending the day at the beach, or having a bonfire in the backyard, here are some essential outdoor safety tips for warm weather.

Stay Hydrated: 
First of all, it is important to stay hydrated. Dehydration can occur more quickly in hot weather, causing symptoms such as dizziness, fatigue, and even hot flashes. Drink plenty of water before, during, and after outdoor activities to prevent burnout. Avoid sugary drinks and alcohol, which can cause nausea.

Protection from the Sun: 
Protecting your skin from harmful sun rays is also important. Wear sunscreen with a high SPF rating and apply it often, especially if you shower or sweat. Don’t forget to wear a wide-brimmed hat and sunglasses to protect your face and eyes from the sun.

Smartly schedule the plan:
