New Delhi: Amid a slew of #metoo allegations surfacing on social media, a filmmaker has levelled sexual harassment allegations against author Suhel Seth.

In a series of screenshots of Whatsapp messages sent directly to Seth, the woman has 'thanked' him for 'not raping' her saying, "Over time, I've learnt to manage you. But no woman should ever have to 'manage' the misuse of power and 'manage' being sexually assaulted."

Seth, the managing partner of a consultancy firm and a well-known fixture in the city's party circuits, has not released any official comment nor tweeted a  response yet.

Part 1: I am not doing this for publicity. I am not doing this for Money. I am not doing this to malign a person. I am doing this solely to empower other women to directly confront the perpetrator. It’s hard - But it’s about time. This is my message to Suhel Seth. pic.twitter.com/h1Z4VCBoq7

Filmmaker Pritish Nandy, who a few days ago claimed Seth to be his 'nephew' on social media, has tweeted a diplomatic response in his favour saying, 'It is his business. He will answer.'
