Are mosquitoes disturbing your sleep at night? There are easy solutions available that will help you keep mosquitoes away. Let’s learn simple home remedies for mosquito control.

Tulsi

Tulsi, also known as basil, contains properties that can help in repelling mosquitoes. Place basil leaves around the doors and windows of your home; the scent deters mosquitoes from entering. Another method is to dry lemon peels and place them at different corners to effectively repel mosquitoes from your living space.

Mustard oil

To get rid of mosquitoes, create a solution by mixing mustard oil and lemon juice with cloves and camphor. Then, dip balls of cotton into it and light them up using matchstick. The aroma of camphor and cloves drives mosquitoes away.

Peppermint

Peppermint's potent scent not only offers a refreshing sensation but also repels mosquitoes. Fill a spray bottle with water and add a few drops of peppermint oil. Spray this mixture onto your body to keep mosquitoes away.

Neem

Neem oil serves as a home remedy for repelling mosquitoes. Not only does it keep away the insects, but it also offers various benefits for the skin. Applying neem oil to your body can effectively prevent mosquito bites.

Camphor

To repel mosquitoes, simply burning camphor in the house will make them go away. Alternatively, you can mix camphor with ghee or another oil before burning it for the same effect.

Eucalyptus

To ward off mosquitoes, get Eucalyptus leaves and boil them in water. After filtering the water, transfer it to a spray bottle and spray it around the house. Mosquitoes will disperse shortly after. You can also use garlic water as an alternative method to repel mosquitoes
