The actor's recent roles in Bajirao Mastani, Padmavat, Goliyon Ki Rasleela Ram-Leela and others feature great inspo for her bridal outfit

New Delhi: This year seems to be ending on a big, fat note with two celebrity weddings in the offing. Kickstarting the celebrity nuptials are actors Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh. The duo recently shared their wedding invitation on social media announcing November 14 and 15 as the D-dates.

While designer Sabyasachi Mukherjee seems to be the man behind the wedding look for the bride, we can't help but wonder what the former model will wear for the rest of the functions. Padukone is reportedly busy shopping for the wedding with her mother and sister in Bangalore. So, here is some help just in case she wants to choose a wedding look from her most stylish looks on screen:

Bajirao Mastani

Designer Anju Modi was the brain behind most of Deepika's outfits in the movie that even inspired a collection of their own. The actor also turned showstopper for the Bajirao Mastani inspired fashion show.

This red, pink and orange lehenga is a great choice for one of the main events. Since the couple is having an autumn wedding, the gorgeous velvet dupatta is a practical and fashionable choice.

Pastel hues are a popular choice in the wedding fashion circuit nowadays. Should DeePee decide to be a pastel bride, this option would be a win-win.

Not pastel enough? Well, then here's a white bridalwear option.

Padmavat

Even the deeply disturbing controversies surrounding the movie could not steal the attention away from the work of designers Rimple and Harpreet Narula. The duo captured the royal essence in the outfits in the movie and this outfit is ideal for a royal-inspired wedding.

Goliyon Ki Rasleela Ram-Leela

Once again, designer Anju Modi came to bring director Sanjay Leela Bhansali's creative vision to life. We think this outfit works best for a sangeet function, what say?
