The fifth incarnation of the Goddess is known as Goddess Skandamata. Mother Skandamata will be worshiped during Chaitra Navratri on 13 April 2024. Here is the puja method and prasad that you can offer to the goddess.

During Navratri, nine different avatars of Maa Durga are worshipped. Maa Skandamata is revered on the day fifth  of Navratri. Worshipping Maa Skandamata on this day results in a deserving child. Devotees' requests are also granted, bringing them happiness and good fortune.

Skandamata is worshipped on the fifth day of Navratri, and she is frequently shown riding a fearsome lion with young Murugan in her lap. Lord Murugan is sometimes referred to as Kartikeya, Lord Ganesha's brother. She is generally shown with four hands, the upper two of which hold lotus flowers. She bears infant Murugan in one of her right hands, while the other is in Abhaya Mudra.

Goddess Padmasana is commonly referred to as sitting atop a lotus flower. People who worship her in this guise gain the benefits of Lord Kartikeya. Goddess Skandamata is characterized as having a Shubhra complexion, which denotes her white or pure skin.

Puja Vidhi:
On April 13, 2024, after having a morning bath, devote yourself to Skandamata. Clean the area where you completed Ghatasthapana and set Skandamata's statue or portrait on a crimson or yellow cloth. Now apply the Skandmata tilak with kumkum and akshat.
Offer incense to Skandmata as recommended.

Skandmata prefers the color yellow; thus, she is given yellow flowers and offerings, and before ending the puja, repeat Skandamata's adoration chants. After then, say Durga Saptashati and Skandmata Aarti.

By saying these mantras, all of your wishes are accomplished.

Bhog:
On day five of Navratri, devotees serve bananas as prasad to Devi Skandamata in order to obtain her blessings for success and power. They also make a variety of banana sweets to honor Goddess Skanda Mata. Mata is pleased, and he blesses her with good health. It also brings fame, happiness, and wealth.
