Ingredients you are going to need

•    1 teaspoon of ground turmeric
•    ½ teaspoon of ground ginger
•    ¼ teaspoon of ground of cinnamon
•    1 cup milk
•    1 teaspoon of honey
•    A pinch of black pepper

Follow these instructions:

Step 1- Take a small saucepan, heat the milk over medium heat. Let it come to a boil. 
Step 2- Add the ground turmeric, ginger, cinnamon, and black pepper to the milk. 
Step 3- Stir well to combine all the ingredients. 
Step 4- Allow the mixture to boil for 5-7 minutes. Keep stirring. 
Step 5- Turn off the heat. Strain the milk into a mug. Add honey for sweetness. 
Step 6- Let it cool down for a while before consuming it. 

Best time to have this drink

You can drink this milk approximately 30 minutes before bedtime. This will significantly reduce your snoring.
