The season of summer comes with several health issues. With the rising temperatures, it becomes difficult to travel outside. Even when indoors, the environment can become suffocating without proper ventilation and air conditioning. While ACs may offer immediate relief from the summer heat, prolonged exposure to it can result in various other health issues. AC can contribute to respiratory problems and weakened immunity.
