Renowned businessman Ganesh Mohan has been serving as the CEO of Bajaj Finserv Asset Management Limited since November 2021. This company, a subsidiary of Bajaj Finserv Limited, has a market capitalization of Rs 2,51,000 crore. Ganesh Mohan joined Bajaj as the Group Head of Strategy in 2015 and since then he has led several noteworthy transformational projects, that have contributed to the company’s growth. His vision focuses on fostering innovation and cultivating new skills for development. 

Educational background

Ganesh Mohan earned a BTech degree in Chemical Engineering from IIT Kharagpur in 1996. He then went on to pursue an MBA in Finance and Strategy from the prestigious IIM Calcutta. 

Professional career

Before joining Bajaj Finserv Limited, Ganesh served as a Partner at the Boston Consulting Group for 16 years, gaining significant experience. During his tenure, he primarily focused on the operations involving Financial Services and Organization. Additionally, he also worked across regions like the US, Europe, and the Middle East. Apart from his professional endeavours, he enjoys listening to Indian classical music and going on hiking trips with his family.
