Story from Struggle to Success
Pawanjot Kaur, a resident of Batala, Punjab, started preparing for UPSC in 2015. In the initial three attempts (2016, 2017, 2018), she could not even pass the preliminary examination. But in the fourth attempt, she reached the interview, although the final selection did not happen. In her fifth attempt (UPSC 2020), she achieved success and secured a place in the Indian Postal Service (IPoS). In 2021, she made another attempt, but was not successful.
Lessons Learned from Failures
During her UPSC exam journey, she worked as a guest lecturer at Delhi University and also achieved success in many other exams (Intelligence Bureau ACIO, SSC CGL 2017). She also worked as an Assistant Audit Officer (AAO) in the office of the Comptroller and Auditor General (CAG).
